Does Clean Install Need Fixes installed too?

I'm starting fresh on a new website with a clean install of Vshare 2.6. I just downloaded the full zip file to do the install. I'm wondering if I also have to download the various fixes for 2.6 (youtube, fix rate, fix signup, fix upload, etc...) or if they have been now incorporated into the latest install files. Thanks.

I don't believe it requires any patches to be installed.. but to be on the safe side, get the security patch *anyway* for the groups.php and upload it, if nothing else.
