How do I show .flv's from different url

I am about to start using a video aggregator service to provide some of my videos, but I don't know how to get my video player to show their .flv videos.
The problem is that, in MyPhP, I can only add the name of the .flv file (232328679745.flv, for example), and then the player automatically adds MY url before it.

Does anyone know how I can change things up so that the database lists the entire url, and then the {$file} command would call up the entire url instead of just attaching my url to the .flv file name??

I know this is a bit complex, but I really really need to figure this out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
