What can this mean ? Please help urgent

I installed the script successfully once, but I had to change hosts. After I installed it it looked good untill I tried to modify the channels. Whenver I go to the admin panel and point to View All Channels I recieve this error statement :

Fatal error: [] operator not supported for strings in /home/exgrafix/public_html/wetles/admin/channels.php on line 60

As long as I can see php files are encrypted and I cannot edit them. Just the tpl files. What can this be related to? If anyone has experienced this please let me know how it can be solved.

The error says some files are missing.
Did you upload the files in binary ? If not then re-upload them in binary mode.

The files have been uploaded in binary mode. I tried uploading them 3 times in a row but the same thing happens. Whenever I click on View All Channels I get this error.

May be the problem with include/config.php. Please make sure the details are correct .

Am I missing something in my files? I opened up the includes/config.php file and there is nothing there.
