Worked for me, hope it works for you :)
Its usually a sign that you have an older flash player installed on your computer.
Download

Replace include/player.inc with the one you just downloaded.
Fullscreen need latest flashplayer installed.
Is this a general any one can upgrade?
Only use it if your current include/player.inc have code starting with <object, that won't show full screen mode even if you have latest flash player installed.
We are having reports of the old player not working for a minority of people i will try this see if it helps them.
