no thumbs

I just purchased this software a few days ago installed it no problem.. the only problem is when I used the embed function in the admin control panel embed the video codes and upload the images and the thumbs they do not show up, I use the image url instead and still they do not show up. can someone say what the roblem is..

I worry not buy 2 vshare and walking none and nobody helps me

I am pretty good at installing softwares but when the install instruction are not clear it becomes a problem.. If you are going to offer digital products for sale you should provide proper install instructions eg. after the softaware finish install it says You must delete the "install" folder now. Also chmod 755 include/config.php and in the install instructions at http://www.buyscripts.in/vshare2-installation.html is says
7. Delete "install" folder from server.
8. Change permission of folder "include" and file "include/config.php" to 644
now is this misleading or what also when the install finishes it says

I guess you get what you pay for for 10 bucks I should have known or they just want you to spend the extra to use their hosting and pay for the install

The script is working ok as far as I know.. Guess I will just have to ftp corresponding thumbs for the viseos to the thumbs folder.. can't think of anything else.. this sucks

I send a pm and have post here over a week ago asking how to remove the powered by vshare from the scrip no one even have the common courtesy to respond

For removing "powered by link" You need to pay $15 .

so what is the sulotion to the thumbs problem.. I stated above that no thumbs appear when I use the embed function in the admin control panel and manual upload pics to correspond with the manual embed function
