RewriteEngine do not work

I made a server update and i transferred all my files to the new server but i have a problem with RewriteEngine.When i type http://mysite.com/recent/ the link give me this = error.

When i type http://mysite.comvideo.php?category=recent work fine.

Please tell me what is wrong. I have to make a clean install of the script ?? my site is alotporn.com
