No thumbs showing up

If you still have my login info go to my control panel go to Video Processing click on Add FLV/Embed you are now at screen "Allow you to add FLV video or stream url that is hosted (hotlinking) on remote server (keeping video on remote server)"
Now enter the details click on add Flv Url you are now at the embed screen enter your embed Information

now add images for the video you can upload three images that have two choices upload from your computer or enter a url for the images NOW neither the upload from my computer or the upload from Url show up. I get a box where the images should be that says NO IMAGE
I have to create one in photoshop and give it the name of the blank image then upload it to the thumbs folder for it to work
