Changing watermark problem.

So I uploaded new watermark.gif file into templates/images/ directory, but I still get old watermark on flv files. do I need to do anything else besides uploding gif file?

Yes, clear your browser cache as suggested in the admin page where it says next to the upload box that if you still see the old image it's because you need to clear cache. Have you done that?
