Sign In and Channel add problem.

Hello when i click on UPLOAD or FRIENDS or Sign Up or Share i get this ERROR

i didnt understand what they mean wiht binari ??? i use fileilza to upload my files and iv done all the instalation instruction correctlly so can u please explain to me exactly what i shud do ?

Get an FTP program like coffecup ftp and upload the files in BINARY mode.
