No Thumbnails Or Length of video

Ok well i installed it perfectly
ffmpeg-php doesnt work so i cant use that to create my thumbnails so instead i changed it in admin panel so --- creates my thumbnails

however it doesnt create a thumbnail

Also the time says 00:00

so i have to manual upload any thumbs i want - i also dont have anything saying how long the video is . . .

how can this be fixed . . .

the channels and what not hasnt been set up properly yet as you may tell
