Embeded code does not update

has anyone come along this issue ? It seems that embeded codes do not update. I go to All Videos section in the admin panel , then select a video for witch i want to change the embed code but when I click update it sais Update Successfully but it actually doesnt update. Any suggesitons?

The code just doesnt seem to change. It sais updated successfully but the same embed codes stays in place, nothing changes. Even If I delete the code totaly the same thing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated
