Convert Error

HI,

I have been using HostONet as my video host and have had no problems. I needed more space than the 20 gig so I decided to use apthost and get a VPS. They moved everything over but now the videos that are uploaded will not convert. They suggested that I contact the script provider for advice. Can you please advise on this problem.

Does your new VPS have all of the required software installed: http://www.vshare.in/requirements.html?

Also, are all of your paths the same (as in the path to the required software)?
