how can I do useronline in right.tpl

What is useronline? Are you trying to put something up that says how many people are logged in to your site? Or how many people are visiting your site? Or something else?

Probably by using a Javascript and if you search the forums, you'll find threads/information about including scripts with vshare... if I remember right you have to add the tags {virtual} and {/virtual} or something like that...or {literal} {/literal} and you put your script code between the tags.
