Something has happened

To my vshare installation.
Everything was going along perfectly for a few months, and then a couple weeks ago, all of a sudden no videos would convert.
Here's the entire output that I get from the 'convert again' command.

Is there a test script available somewhere or something I can do to find out what has gone wrong?

What is the current value ? Default it will be ffmpeg-php

The reason for the error is current selected program is not able to find length of video, mostly ffmpeg-php installation error.

Try change it to mplayer or ffmpeg and try again. You can reconvert the video by going to process queue in admin area.

I can now convert the videos that are in the system.
Now I just have to get a member to upload a video and test that part of it.
