blank page after uploading video

I followed these tutorials to install the running environments (ffmpeg, mencoder, mplayer, etc)

The installation of vshare on my server http://www.dealpigg.com/pigtube/ was successful.

However, when I upload a video (mpeg format, 4 MB), I got a blank page after a minute or so processing.

I logged in the backend and saw the newly uploaded video in video management. I clicked on the new FLV video, but it shows 00:00 and won't show the movie.

I wonder what might be wrong. Could someone here help me out?

Send mail to [email protected] with following details

1. FTP Login details of the web site

2. vshare login details (user and admin).
