Hi again,
After creating new packages, my test user account became expired. I tried extending the subscription, under Admin/Extend Subscription, but to no avail.
Under Admin/Edit Subscription, I tried to extend to a different year - the list shows Expire Date 1975-1990 - what happened to current and future years?
Unable to do anything in test user's account until I can figure this out.
Help please?

Bumping - is there something wrong with my installation that is preventing current/future years from appearing?
Are you trying the default user - "vshare" ?
If you create a new user it will work.
No, one that I created, and it has an uploaded video, so unable to login and do anything.
But - you are correct in that if I create a new user the dates are current and extend to 2018.
So, I will just delete the user with the video and not worry about it. I hope that this doesn't happen again once site goes live tho! :shock:
Don't delete the user having problem, pm me, i will chk.
Can I get help with this same problem. Even when a new user signs up the date range is only up to 1980. Please help

yes i wish i knew what to do about this
so a rich man, poor man and theif walked into a bar. so i asked them about extend subscription date. i got no answer from them either.
I wonder if I can build a time machine and go back to the 1980's..... then i would be able to extend subscriptions
