Well, I see on many topics that videos are copied on the local server when added, but in the demo site (bizhat) the video I uploaded, from a youtube link, is directly displayed from youtube , so how this work ?

If you upload a user by clicking upload link on home page, select remote server, then you can put youtube video url like
