I'm with you in your sentiments, and was going to do what you suggest... but actually, for me the only links I see for downloading the software come from Vshare.in and Bizhat.in which are both the legimate vshare sellers. All the "review" pages I see with download links lead to this site as well. Looks like someone has been on this.

The site shows 0 seeds but dht is enabled i loaded the torrent and would have been able to download it at 100 percent

People are going to pirate vShare, regardless of what the developers do. Going after torrent hosting services is pointless. Trust me, if the governments can't take them out, Buyscripts will not be able to either. One thing to note, however, is that people who use illegal versions run into a ton of problems due to the dezending methods used. You cannot get a 100% true copy if you dezend the script.
