How do I access the Admin Panel to make changes to my website? Vshare has been installed on my site already. Thanks

Forgive me but.... where do I find my username/password? I had your company install Vshare for me. I tried the only thing I thought it could be...and it didn't work.

Then I told it to send the password reset to my e-mail, but nothing has arrived...
