i am trying to change my watermark, for some reason it is not changing on the site, it shows up in the admin cpanel. and i have checked the permissions, they are correct. and i have cleared th cache. any ideas on why this would be happening.

This is the logo you upload ?
You can upload logo with FTP also, connect to FTP, change to folder templates/images/ then upload logo.jpg file.
