[ERROR: 1] The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

You need to edit your php.ini file and change the max upload size to something higher than what is already set. Are you on a shared host or a dedicated box? If you are NOT on a dedicated box, you will need to get your host to make the change.
