Can't view private video even as owner

I created 2 private videos for my friends/family to see only and even as owner, I can't view the video. Neither can my friends.

The thumbnail for it is there, but once you go to click on it to view it, it just sits there with the black screen and the little white rotating thingie. This is happening with both of the private videos I created.

Any ideas?

OK...hang on...I can't view it as public either...I just relized that maybe it's the videos themselves that there's something wrong with them, maybe the codex used in it....checking. Will let you know.

Yeah, that was it. I could view it on my harddrive, but not on the website. I didn't choose the option to "index" the video during initial creation/save. Once I did that and then uploaded the new file, it worked fine.
