Video wont show what am I doing wrong?

Uploaded script successfully uploaded a video and now it wont show on front page. It says I uploaded it fine but when I go to check it wont show anything. Im lost. Went to admin/Process Queue/ and see "convert error" at this point I dont know what to do or what to look for please help.

I go to click play and it says "no video' or somthing to tht nature...I can see the preview of it but when I go to click play nothing happens. any1 knows how to resolve this? thanks
