A Couple Issues - Please help!

Let me just start by saying I am a rookie at this; I just set my site up and have a couple issues. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. I am using vShare 2.7.

Issue 1 - When I upload my videos and go to edit to create a thumbnail it gives me this error. '

Not sure if I am doing something wrong.

Issue 2 - in my admin section when I make one of my videos a featured video it disappears from my index page but when I don't have any video selected as featured on shows up. Not sure why?

I did change the settings and I did get a couple to create thumbnails but not alll of them I still get this error.

I am still not sure on the featured video problem.

Where your videos uploaded using the upload progress bar? Or where they uploaded without it turned on?

It was uploaded from the upload bar after you log in.

(1)Login to admin area

Site Settings > Miscellaneous > Create Thumbnail with

You have 3 options, select a different option and try upload a new video and see if thumbnails are created.


(2)Try to make 3 videos featured and check home page featured video section.
