installation help

i have installed the site and all seems to be ok

now the following files

5. mplayer + mencoder (http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html )
6. flv2tool (http://inlet-media.de/flvtool2)
7. LAME MP3 Encoder
8. Libogg + Libvorbis (http://www.xiph.org/downloads)
9. gcc
10. automake
11. autoconf
12. libtool
13. ruby
14. Zend Optimizer

once i have downloaded these where in my root do i install them ?

Very confused

that all must be on your server(hosting provider ) not at your machine

You can only install these if you have a dedicated server and know how to install it. If not, get hosting from a web host with all these pre installed like http://www.hostonnet.com
