Limitation for signup

Hello All,

I would like to add a limitation for the visitors not yet registered like a member from my website.

For exemple :

The visitor see 5 videos and when he wants to see the sixth, he have an invitation to signup to become a member of the website.


I think it's possible to add this possibility like an addon for the moment, if you have the solution ... :wink:

Peharps the next version of VShare will be added to this possibility, no ?
I think it's a good solution to have more members ...

I just use the time limit then they sign up, but going with the theme of this post we need to restrict the amount of times you can sign up with the same email address.

You can set the guest limit in admin area.

And the number is seconds, say you choose 600=10mins

Actually, the Guest limit is at 20000000000. I think it's the original setting about this fonction.

If I want to reduce it for 2 or 5 minutes, what's the number for this limitation ?

This limitation is used only on the website ?
If a member use the script to show his video on his own website and that the duration of this video is 10 minutes ... Could you tell me if is there a restriction ?
In this case on the others wabsites.
I want just place a limitation on my own website and not on the others.

It dosent effect embedded videos on others sites. To set the time for guest to 4 minutes it would be 240, for 5 minutes 300. 2 minutes is 120
