Official Support

Is there official support for this script?

I can not find anything other than this forum for support. The users are great here for member to member support, but when they run out of ideas and can't help with a problem, you are stuck. At least I have been. I have had two different posting with 2 different problems here and the users have responded to help and the admin made one post almost a week ago regarding one of the problems, but never followed up when there solution did not help. Got that one fixed, but when I ran into the second, can not find the admin for help.

I have sent 2 different PM's to the account here labeled admin and they have not even been read.

So is there not any official support from the designers of this script or am I missing something?

BTW.... loving the script, but when you run into problems it can set one back. Been trying to get it fully functional since last week.

So please somebody who knows tell me how to get official support. I appreciate it.

I have also ran into problems, with the new template and can not get a fix.
