It does do that.
When you are watching a video it shows who uploaded it. You click on that user's name, and it shows you that users latest uploads and most popular, as well as links to all his videos:

and how can i get to the todays related videos to work on the homeage???? it doesnt shows, only new videos and recently viewed videos....
If you enabled admin approval, you need to approve the video before it showing on your site. Check settings in admin area.
