Gents,
I am building an adult niche website and am wondering if I should let guests view as many videos as they want-- or turn on the setting to require that they "join" with a membership.
I don't expect a ton of traffic to the site, (again because it is niche), and will depend on converting those pay-per clicks and paid advertising. I don't want to piss off people by requiring they join, but I can't take the hit on the bandwidth either.

you will need guests to make your site have any chance of working, its the lifeblood of most websites, so help them so they can help you by sharing links, ratings, views.
That said, if you want to make money with paying member accounts then do that, why dose it have to be one or the other, just to both, and make sure the contant that paying members get access to are worth it, like longer footage, HD maybe, much more content then the free stuff for guests.
