This is disabled now to avoid abuse. If HTML is enabled, users can add HTML redirect code to redirect visitors to your site to another.
how about BBC code? its safe plus it will do what he wants/
how about user profile? change their own layouts?
BBC code would work fine, or it's also possible to enable only certain commands of html like A HREF or IMG but not redirects, which can mostly be added only in the meta tags.
