Hello, when I try to upload a video I get this ERROR :( can you help me??

I believe that 1MB o 2MB can upload, but when I try to upload a 50 MB video I see this vshare error:

[ERROR: 3] The uploaded file was only partially uploaded.

can be the dedicated server?? I believe before I could upload big videos
