ERROR: Failed to open .params - Plz help

Hi,

I installed the script successfully. I have also uploaded few videos and it worked fine.

When i try to upload videos of more than 4 minutes length, after the upload - during the conversion period, i get the message "Page cannot be displayed".

When i refresh the page, i get this error:

ERROR: Failed to open .params


Plz help me to fix this issue permanently...
