I am stiill using an earlier version than 2.1. Does anyone know anyone who offers a service so I can get upgraded to an up todate version. I am not 100% sure of what to do.

I am trying to upgrade to .4 from .3 and was trying to follow step 8. Change permission of folder "include" and file "include/config.php" to 644
I got a message that said permission denied. I WAS alble to make the include folder (under public_html) change to 0644 Can u tell me what to do from here?

Upgrade have only 3 steps.
What you are doing install. That is not needed and can result in broken site.
So read the instructions in the above link.
Upgrade involves download a ZIP, unzip and upload to your site.
Then run upgrade.php and set cronjob.
