FFmpeg, Mencoder, ect...

Dear support,

I need some help, in which i am having on installation. I actually thought this was going to be easy. Turned out to be the opposite.

I am having trouble with the side guides. Such as getting FFmpeg, Mencoder, ect... If someone could help me out a bit, that would be great.

I have a couple questions. Such as, what to do with them. Do i just download them, and then upload them to a folder in my script. From there enter the location of it into installation?

If you can please also give me some direct links, that would be great.

I can not find the download link on FFmpeg site. And, i dont know what i need for Mencoder. Source? Windows? What? This isnt really an exact guide.

ffmpeg, mencoder can only installed with root access on the server. It will be better to host with a provider that already have these installed on server. Check http://www.hostonnet.com ffmpeg hosting, that have all requirements installed. If you need installation, contact [email protected]

I followed the instructions here http://vexxhost.com/blog/2007/03/03/ins ... -easy-way/ to get it installed.
If needed I can install for $10 or you can always switch to a host that has it installed already.

http://www.hostonnet.com is recommended by the script or http://cpm-hosting.com has it installed also.
