This will let a user record a video from any video source, webcam, tv card ect.

yes i have flash media if = ffmpg i dont know if 2 o3 i cant make work yet

Flash Media Server is not ffmpeg. Official copies of FMS will run you around $4,500 from Adobe.

I think that flash lets you used a trimmed down version that allows 10 hookups for free ... for testing.
