Yes, upload and replace files, make sure you have backup, so if anything went wrong, you can reupload the orginal files.

I do not understand you properly. If you are asking about template location, all templates are located in "templates" folder, you will see many .tpl files inside, these are template files.

Sorry, I dont explain very well and also my english is not very good. I just want to know if there exist "another" templates (css, images, positions, etc...) Just for not be like all others vShare websites? Do I explain me good now?
