UPLOAD PROBLEM with wmv file

hi

i have problem with upload .wmv file (the .mpeg and .flv file go fine)

After 6 hours and mor of 12 emails with my host suport (critexhosting) no solucion.

The last email
I have uploaded the pornweek_trailer_high_1 file and the file are converted to flv but the finished won't come it show only the blank page. Regarding the issue please contact the vhsare support team and let us know the update.

The file to upload in .mpeg (7,6MB) Go fine http://x-myx.com/porn/view/66/test3/
BUT the same file in .wmv (23,2MB) NO http://x-myx.com/porn/view/67/test4/

TEST USER and PASS: lexico ; alfa

I USE 2.5 and i weiting to upgrade 2.6 - ¿ perhaps resolve this problem with the upgrade ?

If somebody have eny idea pleas contact.
