Video not playing ?

When I try to load the video it takes forever and the runtime says 31.24 that is the wrong runtime how can i fix please

the file i uploaded was windowds media file too

Ok I did fix this but still not working the video takes forever to load .. Look I don't mind paying a small fee for you to fix so my script can work perfect
