need to move all the content

i have a vshare installation it has about 300 videos and 70 members

i want to move this to a new vshare installation because there are some problems in old installation

so how can i do this ( i need to transfer all the videos including thumbnails & user details) to new vshare installation

Backup database and restore in your new installation. Then copy folders photo, video, flvideo and thumb to new installation.

It is better fix problem with current installation and moving it.
