It wouldn't be a setting in your admin as all of the conversion commands are stored in files. Have you changed your functions_upload.php or video_conversion.php files?
Yes I got it right , thanks, it's just the mp4 conversion that won't convert, all the files are what they supposed to be, but nothing converts to mp4, and mp4 and mwv don't convert on the 2.8.1.
