Uploads Not Working

My host, Crayonhost, just got through moving all sites to newer 'secure' servers. When I went to upload an MP4 video, it took it but then when I went to the Process Queue and hit the convert command, on the error screen it said the video did not convert. Before the move, it did without issue. I don't know where to go from here.
