adding "top rated" to first page

Hi,

I just want to know if its possible to add more video section to the first page such "popular videos" and "top rated" videos section. Just like the current vshare 2.7 "new videos" and "recently view" video section? I tried with the following link but didn't work. Please contribute if u know how to do it.

Ok I will try again but seems like those category type are already include in the current template. Can there be new ones like "Top rated" and "Most view"?
