Emails replys on private message not working,

I have VS 2.8.1 and I want it send out emails to users when someone sends them a private message. I can't find the file like video_comment_add that is used to send out emails when someone comments on a video. Is there a file to do the same thing for private messages? Like private message_reply_add?

Any help with be appreciated.
