Would it be possible with the script the way it is atm to make the watermark on the video a swf or flv flash watermark? If not what would i need to do to make this possible, just edit the tpl or does it need to be modded in the php file as well?

You can change watermark image url in include/player.in
I don't think flash player will allow you to use a SWF or FLV as watermark.
It does i just tried via your help. But now i need to no how to move it to where i want to position it. I havent looked yet but im guessing the same file has the co-ordinates?
