To me that sounds like a permission problem.

Set include and include/config.php back to 777 and I'm sure it will work.

Once that is confirmed to work, make sure to set the permissions properly...

I would request to use version numbers when updating the script.

The big problem is that IE doesn't read HTML, CSS correct etc...

So, if you have a good programmer who's making proper code...
It won't work in IE....

The quality was really awful with mencoder.
