You need to fix the collations of this table in phpMyAdmin. This can be done by editing the table.

Sorry for pushing this. But, I've never had problem with these nice upgrades. But, this time, my front page has problem after the upgrade. Recently viewed videos and new videos are not populated correctly. Basicallt, I only see one fixed video for both recently viewed and new videos. I did the upgrade two times from the scratch, but the problem still exists. I know someone else has posted the same problem, but I didn't find any fix or solution for that. I really appreciate your help.

Login to admin area and check under the video menu, your videos may be set as inactive or not approved.

Thanks!! it seems the upgrade.php script sets the approved field of all the videos to '0'. Updated all the approved fields to '1' and the problem is solved. Thank you again for the hint.

I have managed to install the script and all requirements... I have even managed to upload my first video, create a thumbnail etc but whenever I click to play, I get the spinning wheel forever.
    Any ideas?

    Yes, use vShare 2.6
If it's not fun, stop doing it!
