somebody using the same hosting company getting same issues?

I use it, and its great so far, and I have no problem uploading , its a little slow but nothing serious I think, it takes about 10-20 monutes to upload 15 mb video for me.

Upload speed depends on speed of your internet connection, web server and connectivity (pint time, number of hopes, etc...) between you and your server.

it was wmv files incompatibilty

I converted all wmv files to avi and everything worked fine

i use cirtex too, and so far, nothing to complain about :)

I use them - first problem I struck was a live chat before I decided to buy - there was definitely a language issue.
I decided that they were so cheap I'd give them a try even tho I was a little concerned regarding support.
The package works like liquid mercury on their server.
The only issue that I've had is sometimes the server drops access but its so rare that I dont care - hell what do I want for only 8 bucks a month.

Give them a try - sofar I'm happy.
