vShare 2.5 Import Video not working - Help!

Fresh vShare 2.5 install (done by HostOnNet.com). My first vshare project!

Using Import Video feature in vShare Admin

Put in the following URL:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=qiIYEmpWaaQ.flv

Get an error:
"Video already processed or in process queue."

So I put in the URL (same w/out the .flv at the end):
http://youtube.com/watch?v=qiIYEmpWaaQ

This time the import form takes it, but it sits in the Process Queue and doesn't get processed. Here's the URL that shows up in the process queue:
http://cache.googlevideo.com/get_video? ... outube.com

It does not process or show up in my vshare site.

Help!

BTW -- I can upload videos fine on my website as a logged in user.

Video will be processed when cronjob runs. Check status of video in process queue. Wait some time, check again and see if it changes. If not, contact hostonnet and let them check it.
