to admin/buyscripts - Missing Files????

Hello,,
I had the script uploaded and buyscripts had helped me with a few areas of the script. I have since then noticed that I had the script uploaded twice... So I deleted the http://hollaatcha.net/vshare/ourtube pathe and started working on the new
http://hollaatcha.net/ourtube path.....

Now, after uploading a video there is no confirmation page, nothing is gettting posted, the there is no choice in the admin page to turn off tags for front page and uploading from utube, aol, etc etc any other video sites are not working...

Return value: Exiting...

Running flvtool2: /usr/bin/flvtool2 -U /home/hollaatc/public_html/ourtube/flvideo/12043996441023975151.flv

Convert Error or converted video is less than 1 kb in size, try upload a big video. If that do not work, verify convert command works on the server.

Can someone please direct me, or fix this for me. I just want to get the script that I paid for up and running.

If you don't have a lot installed in there, why don't you reinstall the entire script

Will it work this time??? I dont understand why a reinstall would be any different then the first install??

Same files right??

Do you think all dident upload?
I am using 2.6 (DB Version: 2.6) is that the lastest??
