Missing Thumbnails

Well we all know that sometime a video does not convert propley or for hatever reason the thumbnails are not made, well for now i came up with an idea to have a htaccess file and set the 404 to a image that says "Thumb Not Availalbe".

Maybe you could relese something like this in the next version.

There is a feature, I believe, in the admin section for "make thumb" or something like that....
